This event will be used to select a team to represent Sutton in the Surrey Schools Cross Country Championship on Saturday January 2012.

Instructions for runners:
- Wear a school track suit (or something warm). You will run in house vest and shorts.
- Spikes will be a great advantage; if you don’t have spikes, wear trainers.
- Bring a water bottle and packed lunch.
- Transport will be by school minibus.
- Yr 7, 8 and 9 runners should leave their period 4 lesson at 12.30pm and get changed in the sports hall. The minibus will depart at 12.45pm PROMPTLY to ensure Yr 7 students have the opportunity to warm-up and familiarise themselves with the course.
- Yr 10 and 11 runners should get changed at the beginning of the lunchbreak in the sports hall. Your minibus will depart at 1.15pm.
